About Booking a Paintballing Game with London Paintball

How To Book A Game

Advance booking is essential. To secure a place for each member in your group we require £10 per person deposit. The balance is due one week prior to your event. You can pay both deposits and balances via any major credit/debit card or PayPal.

We run twelve sessions daily starting at 8.30am with the last one at 7.30pm.

To check whether the your prefered session time & date is available, please make a preliminary booking via our online 'booking form'. Or alternatively use the 'contact form'.

One of our team will contact you to arrange your booking.

Please note: that a £10.00 deposit is required for each player to secure your booking a preferably 2 weeks prior to your provisional date.We accept all major credit cards for payment of deposits..

Why You Should Pay Your £10.00 Deposit.

We require a £10.00 per player deposit to secure your booking with the balance due one week prior.

Please Note - if you do not pay your deposit and balance in advance of your event date - you will not be able to play on the day. Also, failing to pay your deposit early may mean that you lose your session time and your preliminary booking altogether. This is because we have a first-come first-served basis for bookings. Groups that have paid their deposits and balance will receive a confirmation email from us that has secured their booking. Groups that leave the payment of deposits to the last minute may find that another group has paid for and therefore taken your session.

Paintball deposits paid to our booking office are non-refundable.

Restrictions...

AGE - All players must be 12 years or over.
AMMUNITION - You can only use paintballs provided by the venue. Please do not bring your own.
HEALTH - If you feel you have any medical condition which may be worsened by participating please don't play. Anyone suffering from EPILEPSY must bring a doctor's certificate saying you are okay to play.

Further Information

Group Sizes & Exclusive Bookings...

The minimum number of people you need to play at London Paintball is just 1, if you are prepared to join in with an existing session.

We can however cater for up to 112 people in each session. Each arena holds a maximum of 20 people (10 people per team).

If we do not have an existing session scheduled on your prefered date and time, we will arrange to run one for you provided there is a minimum of 10 people in your group.

There are two options for exclusive bookings at London Paintball.

1. The first is having a group of 20 players. Your group will have exclusive use of an arena during each game with no other groups involved. There will be other groups on site during the session but they will not be involved in your game.

2. The second option we have is for exclusive use of the whole venue. Minimum numbers for this will depend on the time you choose for your session to run. Peak times require a minimum of 80 people in order to secure the whole venue exclusively.
